Makes 4 servings
Ingredients;
1 cup broccoli florets
1 tsp olive oil
½ cup thinly sliced onions
½ tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
½ cup thin sliced carrots
2 tbsp finely chopped celery (ajmoda)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
Heat the oil in a deep non stick pan, add the onions, garlic, carrots and celery and sauté on a medium flame for 2-3 mins.
Add the broccoli, salt and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 mins while stirring occasionally.
