Infused Waters For Healthy Body

ALOEVERA JUICE WATER   ( 1 litre)

  • 10 ml aloevera juice in 1 litre water. It helps to detoxify your body.
  • Aloe vera gel contains two hormones ; Auxin and Giberellins.
  • It has anti-inflammatory properties and also stimulates growth of cells.
  • It helps to reduce acne and fighting ageing.

 

LEMON + CINNAMONN + MINT WATER ( 1 litre)

  • Add to 1 litre water
  • 10 ml lemon juice, 1 stick or pinch of cinnamon powder, mint leaves 10-12 nos.
  • It gives you refreshing feeling, detoxify your body, helps you to achieving glowing dear skin.

 

HALDI (turmeric 1/4 spoon) + ROSE WATER (10ml)

add to 1 litre water.

  • Haldi acts as an anti inflammatory.
  • Rose water helps lower the stress and anxiety.
  • Good source of vitamins.
  • Acts as an antioxidant which helps to clear the skin and lightening the dark spots, reducing pores and wrinkles.
  • A good mood elevator.
