This is for first 21 days. PLEASE READ instructions at the end.
Start your day with
1 glass warm water and 2 whole black pepper ( don’t crush or chew it, swallow whole like medicine), as most people suffer from digestive issues like gas , acidity etc … This will help to solve that.
After 15 minutes ; 2 almonds + 2 walnuts + 2 black raisins. ( soaked at night n have it in the morning , soaking will help to remove the phytic acid ) It contains good fat like Omega – 3 and Omega – 6 which is necessary for good hair and skin.
BREAKFAST ;-
Half cup tea or milk or green tea + diet khakhara or mamara or mix. Veg upama or mix veg pauva.
As we all are addicted / used to with tea , people tend to leave it during diet period and then restart it once done….hence its better to reduce the quantity rather than completely abandon it.
Morning breakfast is compulsory as it starts your metabolism
MID MORNING ;-
Option 1 ;- Mix veg raw juice like carrot beet mint bottle guard etc…
Option 2 ;- Salad plate
Option 3 ;- Fruits
LUNCH :
Before lunch ( 15min before)
1 glass warm haldi water ( haldi as per your taste 1/2 sp. or 1 sp + 1 pinch black pepper powder as black pepper helps to increase absorption of haldi manyfold.)
Option 1;- Mix.grain roti + veg + salad + 1 small bowl curd. ( Can take juvar, bajara ,. Jav , ragi , wheat , makki aata )
Option 2 : Rice preparation with lots of veges
( no basmati rice , can use brown or colum rice )
MID EVENING :
It’s peak time for craving so eat something spicy like mamara bhel or chapata chana chaat or khakhara bhel etc..with 1 glass green tea or herbal tea.
DINNER ;-
( just before 15 min ) 1glass warm haldi water, + pinch of black pepper powder
Dinner should be done before 8: 30 p.m if possible, dinner should be light like…
Option 1;– Mix veg daliya ( thuli ) n curd or veg
Option 2 ;- Mix veg khichadi n curd or veg
Option 3;- Mix grain roti n veg
Option 4;– Oats preparation
Option 5;- Mung dal / besan chilla .
At Bedtime ;-
1 glass warm milk or water with 1 sp. isabgol ( don’t soak the isabgol, take it directly as it help to prevent the digestive issues.)
Instructions;
We highly recommend customized diet for individual . Same clothes don’t fit all. Likewise diet plan should be designed according to health issues, life style, working hours & patterns, food choices and even easy availability of food & it’s options.
This is a healthy sample menu keeping in mind the majority people. however, you should exclude food items not suitable for you as per your medical condition. for example, if you have high uric acid then pulses should be avoided or controlled as per your blood reports. likewise if diabetes, rices should be controlled.
