Orange Peach Fiber Smoothie

This bright orange smoothie gets its colour from fresh  peaches plus carrot and orange juice. Fresh ginger for flavour n improve the digestion

Make about to 300 ml

Total Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 cups  peach slices
1 cup carrot juice
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons grounded flaxseed (crush the flex seeds in mixture grinder)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger

METHOD

  1. Combine peaches, carrot juice, orange juice, flaxseed and ginger in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add little amount of water to blend smooth ( if needed )
  3. Serve immediately.

NUTRITION VALUES:

Per serving: 195 calories; 4 g fat (0 g sat, 1 g mono); 0 mg cholesterol; 41 g carbohydrates; 0 g added sugars; 5 g protein; 6 g fibers; 38 mg sodium; 960 mg potassium.
