PUMPKIN SOUP :
1big bowl chopped Pumpkin (Bhopla) around 200 gm.
1/2 Carrot roughly chopped.
1 Tomato roughly chopped.
1 Onion roughly chopped
3 pods – garlic or 1/2 inch ginger.
1sp olive oil/ghee.
1 small bowl coriander roughly chopped
1/2 sp red chilly powder.
Add 1sp.olive oil or ghee in cooker. Add all ingredients boil in cooker with 2 glass of water.
4 whistles on medium flame.
Blend make a puree. Strain the soup add lemon, black paper black salt.
Garnish with coriander.
Note : You can add red capsicum too, to make more tasty . Garnish with chia seeds for more fiber contents.
