Suji ( rava ) 2 cup
1 cup curd for the batter.
Tomato ketchup 2 sp.n pizza sauce 2 sp.
Small chopped onions, capsicum and tomato , baby corn , broccoli🥦etc 1 bowl .
Pizza seasoning 1 sp.
Chilly flakes ,oregano
Black pepper powder as per your taste.
Grated paneer n feta cheese approx 50 gram
For the batter
Mix the suji with curd n mix it well , keep aside for a hour .
Then add little salt , half sp.oil n batter is ready.
Heat the pan and pour the rava batter like Dosa in thin and round shape.flip the dosa and spread the tomato ketchup,on top put some veggies,sprinkle black pepper powder and some salt if requires,add cheese and sprinkle the pizza seasoning and chili flakes and close it with lid until cheese n paneer melts.
The yummy fusion of South Indian and Italian is ready to eat.
