Spicy Makhana Paneer

Makhana is a good source of protein . According to Ayurveda makhana has the property of restoring vital energy in the body and paneer is also a rich source of protein .
Paneer (cubes)- 150 grams
Makhana – 1 cup
Capsicum (cubes ) – 1 cup
Onions (cubes) – 1 cup
Green chilies (silted) – 1
Red chili flakes
Black pepper
Oregano
Chat masala , lemon, Salt – all as per taste.
Turmeric powder – 1/4 spoon.
Ghee – 1sp
Oil – 1 sp.
Recipe:
Heat ghee in a pan and stir fry the makhana , stir until it’s slightly brown , keep it aside.
Now heat oil and fry capsicum and onion and then paneer .Keep aside .
In the same oil add cumin seeds when they splutter add paneer , turmeric powder, salt, chat masala ,& black pepper. Mix nicely.
Now add some water and cook for 2 minutes .
Now add slit green chilies, onions,makhana , capsicum , red chili flakes and oregano , mix it and cover with lid . Cook for a minute and switch off the flame .
At last, add lemon juice mix it
Can add chopped coriander too.
